It is fast and has an acceptable internal memory of 16Gb which is enough for me because you can even expand it with an external card. The cameras take pictures of good quality, the flash of the front camera is very useful. The bad thing is that it only has video playback up to 720p which is a bit annoying because when I want to watch videos in full HD I have to go to my computer. The thing is that it does not have a clear quality on the screen, but it does not look bad either; besides that, for the price, it seems fair. On the other hand, the fingerprint reader is fine, but, (obviously) sometimes when you sweat a little or it is a little dirty you have to take the cell phone with both hands to clean the reader and unlock it. Finally, it has a good size for the hand, nothing exaggerated, neither very small nor very big. In general, is an excellent cell phone!”

But does the positive comments mean that all phones are perfect? Not really. There are some who landed on the rogue Samsung Galaxy J5 Pro and here is one of them with his comment. I absolutely HATE it!!!!!! It stopped working after two weeks ….now it’s looping the Samsung logo and I can’t get it to turn on. I did not get a warranty….stupidly!!!!!
But I certainly did not think it would stop working completely after a couple of weeks. I gave it one star because for the very short time that it actually worked I enjoyed it. The phone is very sleek. It has great picture quality. But you cannot remove the battery. I believe the issue “could” be a simple fix if I could just remove the battery and do a hard reset. I’ve purchased unlocked phones from Amazon before but I guess this time I got the bad end of the deal. I wasn’t going to bother reporting it because of no warranty. Just HORRIBLE!
